aid-worker’s dollar and war

This article questions the activity of the international organization and furthermore suggests that the presence of aid-workers has a big part in price increase on transportation and housing in haiti. though it focuses on haiti, i wonder what are your thought on the activities of the interantion organizations and the NGOs in different part of the world.
