Sebastian ,

Thanks for getting back to me , I know how difficult it is coming to terms with Tim's

passing last month .

Please send me a mailing address so that I can forward you a copy of Turning Points .

It has been a source of guidance & inspirtaion to me since the dark days of Katrina & I

hope it can do the same for you > not pushing Religion on you Bro . It helped me come

to grips with the unknown & unanswered questions of Why ?

Peace be with you ,

Kurt Gibbe

Couple questions: Do you happen to know if Brandon O'Byrne is still thinking about writing the book he mentioned in yours. Also crazy question but do you know what Kyle Steiner's MOS is/was?

Seb,

Don't know if you remember me from your WesU days, friends with Burgess, Jeff H., others. Anyway, I wanted to see if you might be able to give me some advice on a project I am looking to launch. Literary-based.

Hope you are well! Have been greatly impressed with your research and writing talents. Good stuff, My Friend: Congratulations!

Cheers,

Tim

Hello Sebastian, I would just like to say thank you for taking the time to say hello when I met you outside The Dorchester on the day of Tim's funeral. I am sure you would agree that he had a great send off! I hope that all is well with you.

Hi Sebastian!

Hope all is well and you are enjoying your book tour. Thank you for writing the book War. It was extremely relatable for me. I literally could not put your book down and kept it in my purse for the week I read it.

I enjoyed reading about the soldiers and their brotherhood, something I can't say I have ever experience or understood clearly. I now have a good understanding of camaraderie in the armed forces.

The book was beautifully written, and I think partly because of that I have had a different dream about war every night since the day I picked up the book. The last vivid dream was of the Taliban and the characters of Sesame Street in a firefight.

May I please ask what happened to the boy on pages 183-184?

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

Sabrina

Hi Sebastian,

Hope you are doing well.  I am writing this as I was in a used book store in Braintree,MA and purchased a copy of a book called " Deep Blues" that I believe used to belong to you,  It has your name with Feb 89 New Orleans, LA printed inside the cover.  I would be happy t send it your way if you would like it back.

Best Regards,

Bill

Hi Sebastian. Thanks for the response. I picked it up in 2005 a few weeks bef hurricane Katrina. Kinda funny Seems to be a lot pages that have been marked up. Were you using this as a reference?  Just starting to re read it.
